Custom project form

Describe what you want and your expectations. The more info I have, the easier it'll be for me to make you a unique and badass piece of Jewelry.

Indicate an approximative date on when you would like the custom project to be finished. (If it's for a birthday gift for example)

I will be contacting you shortly after receiving this form. If I accept the project, there will be a 150$ deposit to do before I start working on the design.
